NEW YORK — August 21, 2023 — Hellman Electric LLC, an Electra USA company and leader in full-service turn-key solutions for heavy construction, interior design builds, and datacom services construction in the New York metro region, has announced the promotion of Carlos Casal as the new Executive Vice President of Hellman Electric’s Heavy Construction Division. As Executive VP of Heavy Construction, Casal will hold a crucial position where he will oversee all operations of the Heavy Division as it expands its operational footprint and service offerings.

Starting as an intern and assistant to Hellman Electric’s CEO, Steve Lazzaro, in February of 1997, Casal has continuously showcased his impressive skills and unwavering values as he climbed the management ladder. His dedication and involvement in Hellman’s Heavy Construction projects have helped solidify the company’s position as one of NYC’s premiere ITS, DOT, and Public Works  contractor.
